Do you charge setup fees?
No setup fees on any retainer. Month one is full delivery — strategy, setup, and execution. You pay the monthly retainer rate from day one.
Are these prices in CAD or USD?
All prices are in CAD (Canadian dollars) unless otherwise noted. We serve primarily Ontario and Canadian businesses.
Can I customize a package?
Yes. The packages on this page are starting points. Most clients end up with a combination of services — SEO + Google Ads, or web design + local SEO, for example. Get in touch and we'll scope exactly what makes sense for your goals and budget.
What's your minimum engagement?
Most retainers are month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice. Some services (web design, technical audits) are one-time project engagements. We don't lock clients into annual contracts.
